Website Terms and Conditions

§1 General provisions

  • These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website available at: https://ilnickidea.wixstudio.com

  • The website is owned by:

  • By using the website, the user accepts these terms and conditions. Continuing to use the website after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

§2 Nature of the site

  • The website is informational and presents services related to:

    • architectural concepts

    • architectural visualizations

    • plot analysis, site planning, and investment consultations

    • mentoring program and consultations for students and aspiring architects

  • Content on the website does not constitute an offer under the Civil Code but is an invitation to contact.
    The website owner does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the interpretation of information provided during consultations or for the actions taken by the client after receiving advice.

§3 Use of the website

  • Users must use the website in accordance with applicable law.

  • Prohibited activities include:

    • submitting illegal content,

    • taking actions that disrupt the website’s operation,

    • using website content without the owner’s consent.

  • Users access the website at their own risk. The owner is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website.
     

§4 Contact form

  • The website allows users to contact the owner via the contact form.
    By submitting an inquiry, the user consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding.
    Providing personal data is voluntary but may be necessary to establish contact.

§5 Online consultations

  • The service provider offers online consultations in:

    • architectural software (e.g. Autodesk's Revit),

    • project support,

    • portfolio preparation,

    • career support, mentoring for students and aspiring architects.

  • Consultations are conducted remotely via tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, Discord, or other methods agreed with the client.

  • The service provider may offer a one-time, free introductory consultation of up to 20 minutes to discuss the client’s needs and decide on further cooperation.

  • In the case of a free introductory consultation, it should be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel in advance, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide another free consultation.

  • The standard duration of a single consultation is 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Consultation bookings are made via email, the website contact form, or scheduling tools (e.g., Zcal).

  • Advance payment is required to confirm the consultation, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay means the booking is not confirmed.

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel a consultation no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

  • No refund is provided if the client fails to attend or does not cancel within the 24-hour period.

  • If the service provider cancels a consultation, a new date will be arranged, or payment will be refunded to the client’s account.

  • Consultations are advisory and educational. Outcomes depend on the client’s engagement. The service provider does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the interpretation of information or the client’s actions after receiving advice.

§6 Complaints

  • Clients may submit complaints regarding services. Complaints must be sent by email to ilnicki.dea@gmail.com or via the website contact form. Responses will be provided within 14 days.

  • Complaints must include:

    • Client’s full name

    • Description of the problem

    • Client’s request

  • Note:

    • For services such as “01 Architectural Concepts,” “02 Architectural Visualizations,” and “03 Plot Analysis and Investment Consultations,” once the client has approved the work and the service has been settled, the project is considered completed. Any claims, including refund requests, will not be accepted.

    • In the case of online consultations, once the consultation has been conducted and paid for, the client is not entitled to file a complaint or request a refund. Complaints may only concern technical or organizational issues.

    • Complaints do not apply to the outcomes of consultations or to any actions taken by the client after receiving advice.

§7 Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including but not limited to:

    • photos

    • projects

    • visualizations

    • graphics

    • texts

    • website layout

  • is protected by copyright.

  • Copying, distributing, modifying, downloading, or using any materials from the website without the owner’s permission is strictly prohibited.

§8 Liability

  • The Website Owner strives to ensure that the information published on the website is current and reliable.

  • The Website Owner is not responsible for how the information contained on the website or provided during consultations by users is used.

  • When using third-party tools to provide services, the Website Owner is not responsible for how these tools process personal data or for their privacy policies. Such data are processed in accordance with the terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties, to which the user has full access.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the services provided shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

§9 Personal data protection

  • The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

  • The Administrator processes data in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR Regulation.

§10 Changes to the Terms of Service

  • The website owner reserves the right to change these regulations.

  • The current version of the regulations is always available on the website.

§11 Final provisions

  • The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the website.

  • In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
